Unfortunately , this software is not supported by any Macintosh OSs. You have a Macbook air computer, which means it won't work properly on your computer.
It doesn't even support Windows Vista or Windows 7. The only solution to give you here is to either find another MP3 player that supports Mac OSs or get a another laptop that supports those Windows OSs listed above. I'm so sorry for my incovienient solution, but it had to be brought to attention so you will know. Have a nice day, afternoon or night. How can Try using this software instead. Click on the "Sync Music" tab. Drag songs that you want from your Windows Media Library over to the "Sync Music" column to create a playlist. Click the "Begin Sync" tab at the bottom once you have all of the songs on your playlist. This action will sync all of the songs to your MP3 player with one click. Disconnect your device once songs have been transferred by clicking on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the bottom-right side of the desktop tray. Problem will resolve.
