I haven't tested this in Mountain Lion yet, so if you're running I can't really offer too much more in the way of help, with no way of reproducing the error it could be anything. The best bet is for you to head over to the official forum and see if anyone else has had the issue, or make a new thread: Every time I try to run the Bios no disk to test, I get this error. I've searched high and low and there does not appear to be any free apps for this purpose. GamePad Companion lets you do keyboard mapping, which is good but not perfect though it might have to do. Obviously it's annoying having to pay for something to find out if it works, but it's the only choice at the moment. The developer really should offer a free version, I'm sure a lot more people would buy the full version if they could test out a free version first.

I'm not sure, again the Lion version comes as a DMG with the libraries. PKG included. You could always try and install the Lion version and see if that works? Also consider posting on the forum, someone might have had a similar problem and found the solution.
You could always consider upgrading too if your Mac supports the latest releases? Did you grab the Leopard-specific builds from this page: From what I remember Leopard requires XQuartz: Snow Leopard and above don't need XQuartz it comes with the OS afaik but this should help if you're having trouble on Don't forget you need the nVidia Cg toolkit as well!

IT just wouldnt open..!! What version of OS X are you running? I can't think why, and it's been a while since I wrote this, but I doubt the port has been updated for Mountain Lion yet so there may still be some incompatibilities. Otherwise, make sure you have X11 installed and the nVidia Cg toolkit The newer PS3 doesnt have the encoder built in for PS2 games.
Don't forget not all games will work! Mac Also, I made it just past the intro of FFX, entered the second screen, and my controls stopped working I use the keyboard I also read in the comments that I shouldn't need XQuartz, but when I open pcsx2, it automatically runs as if it's through XQuartz. Sadly, I am not active here on the Porting Team anymore, and therefore I cannot give support or answer questions to any of my posted Ports or posted topics. There are the best GSdx plugins in there. I can guarantee that every one of them works. The only problem is that GSdx10 plugins don't work. I had left them in there in case that someone hopefully manages to make them work. I guess for now macs only support that.
I put in a lot of ZeroGS plugins are in too. I will edit my post soon about which plugins work and which don't work. I will also seperate the files.

I'm also glad you took a look, I hope that this will satisfy you and all other fans or pcsx2. I will stay on hunt for better plugins. I don't know but it doesn't work for me. I might work for people who has the latest desktop mac that is out. I have managed to get one to work but don't remember which one it was and Btw, the plugins are new: Stein Kama. Does this use bit or multiprocessing or any other optimisations that PCSX2 has? D Perhaps someday Sorry I wrote a whole post and it accidently went back a page and clicked foward and erased everything but getting to the point The "chinese" plugins are not fake and work very well.
The developers and coders are doing the best they can to make the plugins better and faster.

I am trying to fix that. I don't have everytime in the world to do this so if I am taking a little long sorry. D I forgot to mention that if you are clicking settings and trying to get the best graphics it is expected to get slower. HQ or you can just call it "HD" if you want but incase you wanted to know mostly the plugins take up the space aswell as the programs. I will try to make it much smaller and takes out all the multiple plugins but the point of that was to be that if those plugins work on your mac have fun if they don't work on someone elses that is just a letdown.
So can you give me some suggestions on what to do?
